GUIDE-IT PRESENTED AT ECR 2024

Three presentations on the progress achieved in the GUIDE-IT project were given at this years ECR  in Vienna on behalf of the GUIDE-IT consortium.

Prof. Michelle Williams from the University of Edinburgh presented the first experiences with the open source system XNAT for sharing clinical and medical image data from the multicenter SCOT-HEART study and the Europe-wide DISCHARGE Trial - both on coronary CT angiography - in the GUIDE-IT pilot.

Maria Bosserdt, Ph.D., presented results of a systematic review of data sharing models in published single- and multicenter medical imaging trials.

Melanie Estrella, Ph.D., presented results of a survey of data sharers and re-users on data sharing of medical imaging trials and gave an overview of existing data sharing platforms for medical imaging trial data.
